happy to see better ways to construct it. Nevertheless, I'm pretty happy
this appears to work.
I have meeting the 4th Wed. of even numbered months, except the
Dec. mtg. is moved to Jan. I did it this way:
REM SATISFY (monnum(trigdate())==1 || (monnum(trigdate())%2==0 &&
monnum(trigdate())!=12)) && day(trigdate())>21 && day(trigdate())<28
IF trigvalid()
REM [trigdate()] +2 AT 18:30 DURATION 2:30 MSG Special mtg. %b %3
ENDIF
