Just close the computer lab on Fridays ;)

But seriously, if students arrive at 10, 11, 12, 1, and 2 on Monday-Thursday,
and
students arrive at 10:30,11:30, and 2:30 on Friday…

One way would be to:
Schedule a series of tasks for Monday, and have each repeat every week.
Then do the same for Tuesday.
Then do the same for Wednesday.
Then do the same for Thursday.
Then schedule a series of tasks for Friday, and have each repeat every week.

For example: create a Lock Screen task:
4/13/2015, 9:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 10:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 11:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 12:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 1:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks

4/14/2015, 9:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/14/2015, 10:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/14/2015, 11:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/14/2015, 12:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/14/2015, 1:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks

4/15/2015, 9:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/15/2015, 10:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/15/2015, 11:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/15/2015, 12:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/15/2015, 1:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks

4/16/2015, 9:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/16/2015, 10:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/16/2015, 11:58AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/16/2015, 12:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/16/2015, 1:58PM, repeating every 1 weeks

4/17/2015, 10:28AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 11:28AM, repeating every 1 weeks
4/13/2015, 2:28PM, repeating every 1 weeks

It’s a lot of clicking. Perhaps there’s something clever you could do with
Automator, since it integrates nicely with Apple Remote Desktop and Calendar.

Good luck!
