Render requires a bunch of stuff including the new framebuffer
code. Porting this to 3.3.x would be alot of work. Given that
3.3.x is officially no longer supported by the XFree86 project,
I don't think anyone would want to go through the effort.
A better use of resouces would probably be fixing the ViRGE support.
