Well, I got the beast to work on a crummy old Solaris. After checking out the latest Xrender from the CVS (and finding the elusive xc/lib/X11/region.h), compiling went fine. No autohell or imake though. Neither of them worked. Manual compilation was a breeze though.
I compiled the xterm from the cvs and it looks real purdy with Computer Modern Typewriter using client-side rendering. Now, for the trouble: it leaks worse than the Titanic did. Every time the screen is updated, a few more kilobytes are dropped overboard. After a few minutes, the thing weighs in at a measly 100 Mb. Something is not right in the state of Render land. /tor _______________________________________________ Render mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/render
