( Not to mention that we work with TOP IT/Telecom companies in NCR Delhi and All India basis.)   Currently we are looking for a Dynamic profile to take up the position of Sr. Engineering Manager with one of our reputed telecom client.              Position         : Sr. Engineering / Engineering Manager – IN Applications / SMS 1. Experience 9+ years delivering systems solutions; at least 2 years experience in project management handling complete SDLCs; schedule, quality and cost orientation. 3.Expertise a) Proficiency in  Java technologies [J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML, XSL etc..] b) Should have successfully designed/architected complex J2EE solutions c) Should have robust design experience in JMS, RMI, JNDI, JDBC d) Experienced in Web and Application Servers – WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and/or Tomcat e) Should have used OOAD and UML in past projects f) Good understanding of VoIP and AIN concepts and related protocols, i.e., SIP, MGCP, SS7 g) Strong database experience, including SQL constructs, queries and schema creation, SPs, Triggers, Performance Tuning h) Operating Systems: Solaris/Unix/Linux exposure preferred i) Scalability: App Server and Web Server Clustering, Load Balancer j) Tools: Jprobe, Ant, Junit or similar tools k) Project Management tools: Microsoft Projects l) Familiarity with Product development process. 4. Responsibilities The successful candidate will: 1. Be an active member of the development team with hands-on contribution to all aspects of product development. 2. Establish and oversee the overall development plan, including product release schedule. 3. Participate in management team decision making toward product features and functionality and own end-to-end product. 4. Oversee software development for all aspects of a release’s lifecycle, from new major or minor releases, to hot-fixes and maintenance releases. 5. Ability to carry out competitive analysis, requirement gathering, respond to RFIs and RFPs, analysis, design and project planning of future minor and major releases etc...   Company Profile :- A US MNC Telecom product company, which is the providing solution that enable local, long-distance and broadband operators to profitably deploy and manage advanced communications services across converged networks.
