Position - Senior QA Manager / Junior QA Manager Job Profile : Looking for a Junior or Senior QA manager that is to drive SEI CMMI initiative, define and implement relevant SQA & SEPG processes, establishing and reviewing standers for project plans and procedures, conducting Software Process Audit and Configuration Audits. Company has currently started implementing CMMI level 3-4 and PSP/TSP. Candidate Profile :- The candidate should have extensive QA experience (at least for a senior position) and should be involved in at least 2-3 CMM/CMMI implementations at a junior/senior level. Hand-on experience is very important. They should have from 4 years (junior) or around 7-8 years experience (Senior). Salary Package :- The salary depends on past experience and qualification but is not an issue with the right kind of candidate.
