Project Manager Long Term $80/hr on corp-corp or 1099 (all inclusive) Project Manager: Responsible for: -Allocating resources, shapes priorities, coordinates
interactions with Business Partners and users, and generally keeps the project
team focused on the right goal. -Establishing a set of practices that ensure the integrity
and quality of project artifacts. -Develops and manages release plan. -Responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality of
release. -Managing release issues and risks. -Responsible for day-to-day planning, management and control
of the project. -Assembling the project team. -Managing the development of the Project Plan. -Obtaining management approvals. -Managing the successful completion of project objectives. -Tracking, managing, and reporting project progress. -Managing the project team, resources, supporting processes,
contractors and vendors. -Working with the Project Sponsor to negotiate any
occurrence of change. -Managing project close-out. -Ensuring that Developers do not assume application security

requirements. Coordinate with related SFTA project team to leverage existing
work and avoid duplication. Required Skills List critical skills required for successful
completion of objectives • Experience in software development process from a
business perspective (not technical), specifically: • Experience creating and managing project plans;
communicating project status to team; coordinating issue resolution • Experience gathering and documenting requirements,
performing requirements analysis, testing and assessment of changes to business
processes and/or procedures. • Experience creating project artifacts such as
business requirements in Use Case and other formats, Requirements Traceability
Matrix, Test Scenarios and Scripts etc. • Understanding of basic generally accepted accounting
principles (GAAP); experience working with/applying accounting concepts • Effective written and spoken communications • Basic query skills (MS Access or similar) • Financial services industry experience Desired Skills The nice-to-have skills to minimize
