Testing Consultants Experience: 4-7 Years Skills: Experience in Testing using Automated Tools in any of the following technologies is mandatory - API, Web Services, ERP, BI, Mainframe. Exposure to Testing Strategy and Planning along with certification in CSTE/ISEB/ISTOB is necessary. Java Consultants Experience: 4-7 Years Skills: Design and development experience in JAVA, J2EE technologies and commonly used J2EE design patterns is required. A good background in at least one testing tool (concepts like JUNIT) and relational databases like Oracle or DB2 is necessary. Mainframe Consultants Experience: 4-7 Years Skills: Hands-on experience in one of the following technologies is essential - COBO, DB2, CICS, IMS, IDMS, ADS/O, PL/I, Assembler, natural, RPGIII and IV, ADABAS and Synon. Candidates must possess the ability to independently code and test in any of the above technologies. C/C++ Consultants Experience: 4-7 Years Skills: Knowledge of C, C++/UNIX with strong technical skills in OOPS/OOAD concepts is mandatory. Exposure to oracle or any RDBMS, CORBA/PERL/Shell Scripting/Software quality processes and SDLC would be an added advantage.
