*Description*:

Performs complex design analysis, researches alternative approaches and
performs *cost/benefit/risk* analysis related to SAP HR systems. Performs
highest level of analysis and acts as a consultant for other Systems
Analysts. Ensures appropriate implementation of methodology. Delegates
project assignments to others. Assists with prioritizing development
requests. Provides input to Program Managers.

* *

*Requirements:*

5 plus years work related experience required or the equivalent of education
and experience working on SAP HR. Must have experience working with *SAP HR
- PA, OM, Benefits, or Payroll.* Strong understanding of software
architectures required. Must have advanced understanding of Microsoft
products, software lifecycle methodology and information systems
development. Sound business related skills including excellent problem
solving, team building, judgment and decision making skills required. Must
be able to communicate effectively. Technical management skills preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
field required
