Position Title: Quality Professionals (COPS) 2. Reporting To: Manager - Quality 3. Location: Gurgaon Purpose: The purpose of this role is to participate in various quality initiatives as a part of Quality Assurance team. Education: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile. Experience: 1. 2- 6 years of post graduation experience in ITES/BPO industry with minimum of 1 year in Quality function on papers. 2. Relevant knowledge or experience of Quality standards like ISO/COPC//Six Sigma. Primary Job Responsibilities: - Resource for various Quality standards certification activities. - Generating Awareness through training sessions between employees. - Providing facilitation to assigned BPO Processes for Quality standard implementation. - Performing Internal audits on assigned BPO processes to ensure a high class customer experience. - Support & assist AM - Quality in maintaining process compliance and change management Other Abilities: 1. Strong analytical & problem solving skills. 2. Proficiency in MS-office, MS Visio & Minitab. 3. Excellent verbal communication & documentation skills in English. 4. Excellent presentation skills and eye for details. 5. Ability to work during nights. 6. Organized and Methodical.
