VISA TRANSFERS WITH AT LEAST 2 YRS REMAINING ON H-1b
5+ years SAP/BW/BI (Business Warehouse/Business
Intelligence) hands-on 2 Full Lifecycle configurations to include
end-to-end project experience including SAP/BW design, build, test, and
deploy phases and project lead experience. Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication skills required as well as experience with formal
data warehousing methodolgies. Responsible for developing and testing
the SAP/BW components from a front-end and back-end perspective,
assisting clients in the analysis of reporting requirements, conducting
fit/gap, configuring, testing, rolling out, and providing
post-implementation support for large-scale SAP BW solutions. Provide
functional knowledge, manage client relationships as well as provide
hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to a project team which
may include off-shore resources. This person will have direct
involvement in qualifying and pursuing sales opportunities. in-depth
skills in the following areas: Hands-on experience developing project
deliverables utilizing formal/structured methodology; Management of
technical/process solution definition through implementation; Hands-on
Full Lifecycle BW configuration skills; Experience in establishing and
managing development standards; Skilled in requirements definition,
mapping and gap analysis; Development, integration, infrastructure,
testing and deployment; Test planning, scenario/script/technology
development and deployment; Leadership of training definition and
development; Change Management planning through implementation;
Consulting and client management experience with Director level and
above; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; and
Working functional knowledge of SAP/BW configuration. 100% travel will
be required and must live near major metropolitan airports.
Candidate Must Have :
* 5+ years of SAP/BW/BI (Business Warehouse/Business
Intelligence) configuration experience
* Must have done 2 Full Lifecycle implementations in SAP
BW/BI
* Must have managed small teams in a consulting
environment
* Well versed in formal data warehousing methodologies
* Experienced in developing and implementing BW
solutions
