*Job Description: * Is a Flash Guru/Graphic Wizard with a strong
visual and graphic thinking capability
Is able to ideate and illustrate one's idea
Is capable of visualizing in motion and creating the animation quickly and
aesthetically
A keen design sense with knowledge and capability in interface design,
infographics, icon design will be a definite plus
Sound knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand/Corel Draw is a must
Proficiency in Actionscript will be a clincher
Proficiency in any one of the following:
3D (modeling, texturing and animation), After Effects and Premiere/ or is
also an Illustrator/Cel animation will be of added advantage
OR the candidate needs to be a Flash programmer/Actionscript expert
Starts breaking up effects into codes in their head as soon as they see it
Hacks, whacks, and whisks codes and feels it's a great way to play
Is a designer at heart and would also love to visual play and create magic
Is willing to share expertise and knowledge
Can make Flex sing and has a sound knowledge in XML and PHP.
A professional degree is not a criteria...an ability to think freely and to
create and collaborate is.
A sound knowledge and ability work out one's own solution and deliver on
time is a must!
Should have a desire to work on a variety of projects, from animation, to
web-comics, to Interactives to games to Flash sites to motion graphics

A small tribe of designers interested in visual play, animation, special
effects in Calcutta.
The `Interesting` Quotient of a project draws us to it. The whole idea is to
innovate. Both with the solutions we are asked to create for clients, as
also, some home grown solutions we are developing on our own. Part of our
own effort to make visual play pay.
We have quickly notched up a list of International and National clients and
there are more coming! All our solutions are centered around Flash.
