3+ years of experience with 2 full Lifecycle hands-on
configuration and delivery experience in the following modules:
SAP/Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP/Materials Management (MM), OR
SAP/SD AND SAP/Production Planning (PP), OR SAP/SD AND SAP/Finance and
Costing (FI/C0) combined with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
experience: Major Field of Study:Computer Science, Engineering, or
related degree. This is an SAP Lead Consultant position responsible for
the successful delivery of SAP technology/process deliverables to
Mid-Market clients. Must have served as a team lead on at least one
project. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation and
support of SAP solutions. Consultant will also be involved in improving
operational metrics, SAP/business case development and performance
measurements. This Lead Consultant will provide functional and business
process experience while leading teams of SAP implementation projects.
He/she will be responsible for planning, leading and actively
participating in SAP/design, configuration and testing. IBM is looking
for in-depth knowlege in the following areas: SAP functional/technical
knowledge of SD and one or more of the following modules: MM/PP/FI/CO;
Hands-on experience developing SAP project deliverables using a formal,
structured methodoloy (such as ASAP); Ability to apply SAP knowledge to
resolve configuration and technical issues. Furthermore, IBM is looking
for applied knowledge with the ability to perform with assistance in the
following areas: SAP Process definition, analysis, design, and
implementation; Leadership and ability to manage teams; Test plan,
scenario, and script development; Medium to large client interaction and
process consulting experience; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio; Ability to conduct business requirements
definition sessions; Apply required configuration changes; Mid-Market
industry experience a plus.
Consultant will use in-depth SAP/SD,MM, PP, and FI/CO
and team leadership consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged
solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the
clients business environment in order to achieve client expected
business results.
Candidate Must Have :
* 3+ years of SAP/SD AND one of the following modules:
PP, MM, FI/CO configuration experience
* Must have done 2 Full Lifecycle implementations in SD
and 1 Full Lifecycle implementations in another module (PP, MM or FI/CO)
* Must have performed team lead functions on at least
one project
* Must have consulting firm experience (preferably
current)
* Bachelor's degree
