We are currently looking for senior testers/analysts with experience in
a financial domain, preferably in Investment management, to support the
automated and manual testing process for Fixed Income trading
applications. These positions report to a QA Manager within the IT
Operations organizational structure. These positions are full time or
contract-to-hire.
. QA Automation Tester-Must be familiar with MI Winrunner and be
able to set up and run automation from scratch
. Work with developers, business analysts, and users to
determine test requirements and translating the information into test
plans and automation techniques effectively
. Create, modify and document test plan, test cases and test
scripts for multiple projects.
. Develop and execute load, stress, volume and reliability
test plans and scripts
. Document and communicate test results, including issues
found and their resolution; participate in root cause analysis
. Develop and maintains automated testing methodology,
standards, templates, etc.
. Strong background in scripting, populating and executing
Mercury Interactive WinRunner automated tests for Java/Swing-client and
Web-client applications

Borland CaliberRM 6.5-Requirements Managing Tool (all business
and functional specs are kept here)
Minimum Qualifications
* A 4 year degree in a quantitative discipline, Business,
Computer Science, Finance or Accounting
* Minimum of 5-8 years prior experience as a Software Quality
Assurance as a BA/QA Analyst/QA Tester
* Knowledge of application development standards, tools, and
utilities required
* Prior QA work experience in Financial industry fixed income,
stocks, options, futures) and familiarity with data vendor products
(e.g.- Yield Book, Bloomberg, etc.) is a BIG plus
