Position: Program manager
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ Duration: 6+ Months. Description: - Plan, manage, prioritize, coordinate, and communicate project activities - Maintain focus of project team - Coordinate releases with fellow project managers - Ensure integrity and quality of project documentation - Enforce integrity of and adherence to the change management process - Coordinate interactions with business customers and development team - Facilitate resolution of competing priorities and requirements Required Skills: . Strong experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Expertise in scope estimate, planning, time management scheduling, project costing and budget management . Strong experience in resource planning and resource management . Strong experience in risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis skills . Strong presentation, communication and negotitation skills . Leadership and team builing capabilities . Conflict resolution, problem solving, and ability to make sound decisions . Deliverables based management, focus on delivery of customer value in the form of software that meets the customer's needs . Strong experience in Microsoft Productivity tools . Detailed oriented, resourceful, motivated and creative . Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities . Quick learner who is easily able to learn new products, systems, applications and technologies . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Work collaboratively and cross-functionally as part of a team as well as an independently . Work proactively and reactively . Recognize areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement . Assess conflicting priorities and prioritize appropriately .
