Skill Required . Expert in HP performance center . Ability to provide performance testing solutions for mission critical large applications. . Conversant with Insurance applications and processes . At least 5-7 years experience working in performance testing . Expert in HP performance center . Able to convert business requirements into Test cases, build click steams, write scripts and execute them . Should also be able to decipher the results of test and communicate remediation to the project teams . Understand the various layers of IT infrastructure to be able to define the right benchmarks for production performance . To help the team lead in formalizing a strategy on performance testing in collaboration with the application team . To Analyze performance related issues of applications and design scripts for performance testing using HP tools. . Lead the performance testing activities and result analysis for an application in collaboration with the application owner.
