We've an urgent requirement with one of our client for "*Risk & Quality Assessment LIMS*" Location *Hillsboro, OR.* <http://jobsinustech.blogspot.com/2011/10/risk-quality-assessment-lims-job.html> *Position: Risk & Quality Assessment LIMS **http://goo.gl/NHGoN * *Location: Hillsboro, OR* *Duration: 6 Months* *Scope of Work:* The Contractor shall conduct On-going Risk & Quality Assessment of the LIMS Project to identify current status, identify risks and their likelihood of occurring, and provide an independent evaluation of the LIMS Project’s overall likelihood of success. *Contractor shall evaluate the following:* 1.Project Planning a. Orchard Software’s proposed Project Plan (including its components and processes) for reasonableness, validity, thoroughness, and accuracy. Where applicable, Contractor shall review Orchard Software’s proposed Project Schedule, Implementation Plan, Staffing Plan and Training Plan. b. OSPHL’s planning approach to integrate Orchard Software’s work products and business processes with OSPHL’s business operations. 2.The executed contract between OSPHL and Orchard Software. 3.Comments of stakeholders (including representatives of OSPHL, DHS Office of Information Services, and Department of Administrative Services) as collected from no fewer than five (5) private interviews per bi-monthly assessment report for the duration of the project. * * *Based on these documents and interview notes, Contractor shall perform risk analysis. At a minimum, Contractor shall perform risk analysis in the following areas:* 1.Modification & Development; especially a. Planned schedule, resources, and processes; b. Sufficiency of modification plan, staffing plan, and audit trails; c. Sufficiency of security controls to safeguard transaction data. 2.Deployment; especially a. planned schedule, resources, and processes; b. training; c. OSPHL readiness in transitioning to new business processes associated with the new system and system components. 3.Operations & Maintenance (O&M); especially resources, service levels, and service level management processes (including associated quality processes, escalation processes, and governance processes). 4.Effectiveness of OSPHL’s contract with Orchard Software; especially in assuring performance by Orchard Software and satisfaction of stakeholders (OSPHL). 5.Security standards meet HIPAA requirements as defined in Exhibit G, Contractor’s License Agreement; section XII Confidentiality of Patient Information. Work shall conform to industry best practice for risk analysis as recommended by the current edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), published by the Project Management Institute.
