*About Role:*
This new role will report to the IT Supply and Demand Manager and will
work in the areas of IT labor forecasting and demand management. This
customer-facing role will manage the timely collection, validation, and
analysis of divisional capacity forecasts as well as the processes
leading to the commission of new IT projects. The role will also support
the aggregation of divisional data to enable holistic, enterprise-level
discussions.
*Responsibilities include:*
- Executing well managed processes
- Monitoring the quality of the forecasts and driving improvement
- Summarizing process results and providing actionable information to
senior leaders
- Training process participants and stakeholders
A successful associate will have strong analytical and integrative
thinking skills, be a great relationship builder and demonstrate the
ability to leverage other team members as well as external process
participants. Good communication and problem solving skills are
essential. This role will allow the associate to develop and hone
process improvement techniques.
IT experience is not required to be successful in this role.
*_Basic Qualifications:_*
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Math,
Finance, Business, Economics, Sciences, Computer Science
- At least 1-2 years experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 1-2 years experience analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets
*_Preferred Qualifications:_*
- Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement techniques
- Experience in IT Portfolio Management
