If you will only ever need 4 channels or less, go with the DHE, as it 
gets pretty expensive for more than 4 channels.
The DHE is a better unit, more stable, and less troublesome, but more 
expensive.

I have owned both, along with the 2 channel kits on my site, and the DHE 
is the best.  The pots on the LDG leave a lot to be desired, and it 
appears that the LDG unit changes with temperature, etc.  I have also 
had some trouble with the software doing some weird stuff with the LDG 
unit, but the DHE is all analogue so this isn't a problem.  The DHE uses 
10 turn (maybe 15 turn?) pots so setting is much more precise.

IMHO of course....
