When you can build, operate, and troubleshoot, it in basic terms and when you can answer your own questions then you a qualified to own a repeater. There are too many people buying and putting up repeaters with out knowing how they work and causing problems for the rest of us, and having a crappy sounding machine and can't fix them to go around. 73 AC0Y
