Steve,

This Motorola Duplexer will work great with your repeater. You should be
able to make the cables yourself. They are made with good quality
Amphenol PL259 connectors. Don't use the radio shack ones. Use the ones
with the white teflon center insulator.

You will also need some good coax. Use RG142B which is double shielded
and silver plated.

I have seen a manual on the internet about this duplexer and I will try
to locate it. I have a few of these in service and I could measure the
jumpers for you if I need to.

Thanks,

Subject: Help with duplexer

I have a homemade GMRS repeater that I use at my home. The repeater
is 2 Motorola M120 radios, CIS Shared repeater tone panel, VoCom
50watt repeater amp, A 6 can Pass,Rej,notch cellwave mobile
duplexer, 100' of LMR600 cable on a 65' tower with a Station master
PD201 ant.

I friend gave me a 250 watt Motorola T1504AF Duplexer with no
jumpers on it that I would like to use on my repeater
Can any one tell me how long I should make these jumpers.

I live in Longisland NY and I also need the duplexer tuned
Does any know of someone that can did this service for me localy
and not hit me over the head as I went to one of the loacal radio
shops and they told me to tune it would cost me $250-$350(if they
made the cables)

Steve
