Hi all. I have one of these Relm DRU2501b Repeaters. Its a nice repeater for what it does, however I have a question. When programming, the squelch tail is transmitted with CTCSS and you can hear it when the user lets off the PTT. However in DCS mode, there is no squelch tail, its all just voice then nothing. This is how it is supposed to work. Now I LIKE the squelch tail, it allows my radio to stop scanning while there is a carrier. The DPL setting doesnt transmit the DCS code i guess. Is there a modification to get it to work like CTCSS does? Thanks in advance.
