Windows runs multiple programs sequentially - each program gets a time slice. Each program has to give up control before the next one gets it's turn. Don't EVER run a DOS program that has timing dependencies in a DOS window. In fact, anything newer than DOS 6.22 has potential problems. I have several old RSS programs that won't even run on DOS 5 - I have several copies of DOS 3.3 here just for that and dBase. Mike WA6ILQ Your use of Yahoo!
