Seasons greetings to all: Am I correct when I think that the HIGH SOUNDING AUDIO from the Disc. needs De-Emphasis before it is fed into the transmitter to get rid of the background noises and high sounding audio especially on weaker signals? If I have this right I would need to feed the Disc. in series with a a resistor then take a capicator to ground before the transmitter. Again if I am right what would you suggest for the starting values of the resistor and capicators, or what has worked pretty good as a standard circuit if there is such a thing. I have also found a circuit using a LM350 to make a DeEmphasis Circuit. What might this circuit do that the proper Resistor and Capicator Combination would not do?
