Looks like most of a DB4048 duplexer.  I have complete instructions to 
convert DB4048 to 2-meter ham version.  Got the info from Charles A. York at DB 
Products. Try 214 631-0310. Maybe http://www.allentele.com.  Info has 8 pages 
showing how to convert, modify pick up loops, cable lengths, etc.  Don't know 
if 
its worth the effort to do all the work though.  I used one cavity as a 
bandpass filter on my repeater Rx. If demand isn't over whelming I'll make 
Xerox of
