Describe the antenna a little better. Is it a coaxial half-wave with an adjustable brass "skirt" on the bottom and the whip on the top? Sounds like the only thing Celwave would make with a fiberglass whip. If this is the case you will need to adjust the whip and skirt, as well as the 75 ohm matching transformer inside the pipe. Do you have a pic of the antenna or a drawing?
