  These would normally go to the external low voltage drop-out 
 relay.  The relay de-energizes if the external battery voltage 
 drops below a prescribed setting.

  Yup, supplies 13V and 9.6V power to the mother board.

  Is there to keep your mind occupied whenever you visit the 
 radio site.  (Otherwise is not used.)

  The Pot is the intermittent alert tone level control.
