[Repeater-Builder] ifr1200s calibration

hi all the group, i have an ifr 1200s service monitor, i bougth it about 1 year ago, the version is 7.1  01    was suposted to be on calibration, but when i use it to calibrate duplexers using grafics (duplex gen ), duplexer never get the rigth calibration, at the end ,i always have to use audio and power, and swr mesurements. i want to send the duplexer to an expert on calibration! i really want to trust in my service monitor! can anyone let me know the best company near to 33122 miami fl. any info apreciated!   thanks.
