Why go throuh all that? You can but 900 MHZ Motorola 900 MHz Maxtrac's, GTX's and so on already on 900 MHZ.
I have picked up a few on eBay and they work just fine as a rule.
Good Luck,

Subject: [Repeater-Builder] motorola uhf gm300 in 929.6625 mhz?

hi, i own a paging company in honduras central america, we use 929.6625 mhz transmiters, i need to extend coverage to a small town but we dont want to expend to much.

ok, some years ago, i saw a gm300 uhf radio working in a paging company( another than mine) in 929.8625 mhz working fine,
i asked the tecnthian, and he told me tha the radio was modified  ( using a frequency multiplier )

929.8625 divided in 2 = 464.830 +frequency multiplier = 929.6625 mhz.

can any body tell me if is this posible ?

or am i  dreaming?

if is posible please let me know how!

any help apreciated!

jorge luis castellanos.
