<---.35 uv sensitivity is kinda "iffy" in my book. By the time you get done
adding a duplexer, that will be degraded even further. As such, I would
consider adding a preamp (provided your duplexer is decent enough to start
with and gives you decent isolation). 

Also, IMHO, get at least a decent GaasFet amp. 12 to 15 Db of gain should
be more than enough. It's been my experience that most preamps marketed to
hams have a) too much gain b) too much gain  c) too much gain). 

Consider an AngleLinear preamp. About the best you can buy, period...
