Yes, they should.
And if so, in the same radio, these are

No, they won't spread that far. I'm not sure what the spec is offhand,
but I'm sure it's no more than 3-4 Mhz. Receive sensitivity will suffer
first.
In fact, getting them to do 152 and 159 at the same time will be tough.
152 rx and 159 tx would work, or vice-versa. But 152 AND 159 rx likely
won't. Certanily 146 and 159 rx won't.
