He did not tell me which radio he was using, just that it was a Kenwood, his audio was quite wide as well compared to other users that was on the system at the time. Getting him to beleive his transmitter is spurious would be hard to do. If it continues after the changes and completion of the repeater, then I will have to make necessary calls then. Hopefully not.
