He should be able to fix it himself. It's not "really" a service monitor. All
the schematics come in the book. Just make sure you have the right one, there
were two different models. I think, I have both books, and at least one, if
not both models of the actual unit. I used one a llooooonnnnnnggggg time ago on
CB repairs. If he doesn't have the books, let me know and I'll see if I can
dig up mine and make him a copy. I believe, you can still get most manuals
from Sencore.
