Yes, I've just done a combo encoder - decoder in a
Maggiore 224Mhz repeater.
You should have received your transmitter with
an RC connection for CTCSS. If your unit doesn't
have the extra input, email me direct and I'll
tell you how to add it.
The system I just built has transmitter feedthrough
connections for voice audio, ctcss, ptt and +Vcc.
