Gregg,
You're in luck! Motorola still stocks M1131, M1132, and M1133 power
transistors- which are also used in MICOR PAs. Here's the info:
M1131 is Motorola Part 4884411L31, $ 24.11 each
M1132 is Motorola Part 4884411L32, $ 30.41 each
M1133 is Motorola Part 4884411L33, $ 41.23 each
M1134 is Motorola Part 4884411L34, cancelled
The M1134 is the same as the M9625, Motorola Part 4800869625, but it too
is cancelled. However, my research suggests that the M9625 is identical
to the commercial transistor 2N6097, which crosses to an ECG356 or
NTE356.
It may be that the M1131 is identical to the commercial 2N6094 and
ECG353/NTE353. Likewise, the M1132 may be identical to the commercial
2N6095 and ECG354/NTE354. Double-check and confirm before you buy.
