Bernie - I would guess that shipping charges will be $10-12 or so FedEx. Copying the manual will probably run about $2.00. I prefer a check or money order - Paypal charges so much for their "service", then wants an additional fee to send me a check which takes about 2 weeks. It's just easier and faster to have someone just send me a check in the first place. But if all you have is Paypal, we can use that.
