Sorry for the Off Topic post , But I picked up a rack mount Dictaphone
Digital Clock display . No Instructions in setting . It was used at a local
PD . Am I correct in assuming it will only program to Military 2400 Type
time. Sure looks nice in My Motorola 6 Ft.rack with the Micor repeater.
