It was in service for about two week and then again last week end while we did a software up date to the Kenwood. It works just fine. It does not hear HT's as well as the Kenwood but it was a pile cheaper then the Kenwood. All in all we are happy with both 927 repeaters. BTW most folks are useing Maxtrac's with a 30 watt mobiles and EF high gain mobile ants. It is a must that you not use mag mounts on 927. Low loss coax is also a must. I hope this will be of help! 73 Russ.
