[Repeater-Builder] Master II

I have just finished with the wiring for this radio to make it into a repeater. The volume/squelch controls are installed and all the necessary wiring to power the unit up. To this point the radio works just great. I am now trying to duplex the unit and cut the trace between H95 and H96 as specified in the modifications, I have done so. The problem I am having is after cutting the trace I put the unit into transmitt,  while listening to the receive. The unit muts the receive, and I am at a loss as to why this is happening.
