[Repeater-Builder] Another mystery card

Group,     I have another mystery card here. It came from a Micor station and says "MULTI PL DECODER" on the front and has four reeds in it. The part number is TLN5745A. I have a gob of Micor manuals but this one I can't find. Anyone have any tech data on this they'd care to share?   Thanks, Al, K9SI Yahoo!
