The 406 was a model they quit making probably about 20 years ago that had flat stock for the elements, if, in fact, that's really what we're talking about here. I think it had six dipole elements, and had a harness that was made out of small-diameter coax (RG8X? RG59? RG58?) It's been a while since I've seen one...
