Under Federal LAW. I as a person or business can purchase anything from
anybody that has stock, regardless of where they are.
Kenwood knows this and does not push the issue.
If I do not want to purchase from a local dealer (for any reason, including
no reason) I can. Kenwood may not like it, but that is the LAW. They
(Kenwood) can not make me purchase from a local dealer, and they must honor
the warranty. The local dealer to me can refuse to honor the warranty, but
not Kenwood.
