Hello,
I am having trouble finding an m2519185 or a cross-reference. From
what I cal tell I think the mrf654 or 653 might work, but I am
working blind for I don't have a schematic. Which brings me to my
next question. Mounted on two of the transistor pins was a surface
mount component. I think it was a bias resistor from my limited
knowledge of PAs. Can any ID the surface mount. I can't find a
datasheet on the m2519. Any help would be great.
