Chris,

By definition, a link radio is point-to-point, so you should be able to
use a high-gain Yagi very low on the tower, or perhaps on a mast
attached to the wall of the equipment building.  That will also get your
link antenna away from the high-power emitters.  At UHF, don't even
think about small-diameter feedline such as LMR-400!  At 448.025 MHz,
200 feet of LMR-400 has about 5.4 dB loss.

Combining transmitters into one feedline is a lossy proposition, since a
hybrid coupler wastes half of each transmitter's power during the
process; the other half is "burned up" in a large dummy load. 
Separating the receive signals will require some complex multicouplers,
notch cavities, and some careful engineering.  Yes, it can be done, but
are you willing to invest several thousand dollars in the necessary
equipment?  I strongly suggest that you use a Yagi near ground level for
the link.

With this small split, is it remotely possible to combine the link radio
and the repeater to use the same antenna?  Another option may be to run
a fairly small feedline for the link radio, I.E. LMR-400.  This is about
a 200 ft run of cable so I imagine the LMR400 would be pretty lossy...
