I have to agree with the findings that Chuck has mentioned.  At one time 
I owned about a dozen MCC controllers, mostly the RC-100 due to cost.  
After these controllers got some age on them, they started becoming 
spooky, and the factory was of no real help.  I still have a few that 
work perfectly, but the most of them have been replaced with other 
simple controllers like the NHRC-4.  I simply got tired of having the 
controllers do things on their own.  For the reasons mentioned, I no 
longer recommend these controllers as the NHRC platform is much more stable.
