The Niles programmer left much to be desired design-wise, but that is the PC program for the MLS-I. I have two interface boxes because I can't get the one to reliably write on all models. You can also program it by pulling the chip which is really easy to do in those models, but they also allow for programming through the mic port in the Phoenix series (non-xtal, of course) and the MLSs.
