The only thing I am aware of is that the location of the
channel elements on the RX is different between
the various bands.  Maybe the TX as well, I forget.

A number of years ago I had to modify the RX
chassis by drilling out the rivets and removing the
channel element hold-down bracket before I could
swap a different band RX board into the chassis.
I think it was a highband board into a low band
second RX chassis....

The element tie-down is not that important in
a base station environment... so drill out the rivets
if you need to and go for it.
