DPL and DCS are functionally the same. DCS is a
generic name, DPL is Motorola copyright.

DCS will do inverted, just like DPL, however an
inverted code just matches up to another
"non-inverted" code (inverted code 023 will match
non-inverted code 047).

DPL is authorized under part 97, being a known digital
code.
