Not..! 

There are at least 3 band ranges for the UHF High 
Power PA (notice how I didn't use the "Continous 
Duty" label). 

I believe the highest band range went to about 512. 

The most common range pa went from 450 to 494 and 
preforms well at 440 Mhz with slightly reduced 
ratings. 

The max rated power level is 110 or 100 watts, 
depending on where you read it. Without a fan 
moving air through the PA section, above 65 
watts lock to talk (Amateur use) is pushing it.  

Based on the description... prospective buyers 
are encouraged to actually see the amp 
demonstrated working.  Your results will 
probably vary.
