[Repeater-Builder] Transistor ID

Need nelp finding some info on two transistor? looking for the amount or input drive these transistor can handle? and the output? this is VHF and it is the first stage and last  of the amp..   the first transistor is marked   CTC B15-12 AP436   and the second transistor the final one is marked   CTC BM80-12 AS823   I have had no luck searching rf parts or advancedsemiconductor.com any help on the input and output of these devices would be great Brent   Yahoo!
